- Bedrooms: Master bedroom is 9 x 12 (approx.) with queen bed, small closet and 4 drawer dresser, cable TV connection, and mobile telephone. Second bedroom is 8 x 10 (approx.) with double bed, small closet and telephone.
- Living Room: Living room has love-seat sofa with pullout twin bed, two armchairs, coffee table, area rug, cable TV connection and fireplace insert.
- Bathroom: Completely remodeled bathroom with corner shower & glass door. New vanity, medicine cabinet, lighting, toilet & flooring.
- Kitchen: Full kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and grilling equipment. We have lobster-boiling equipment for outside use. Please ask when reserving your week if you are interested in this.
- Porch: Fully enclosed front porch is 8' x 26' that includes dining table for 4, futon couch (folds out into double bed), 20" flat screen TV with cable TV, DVD & VHS. Cedar hope chest with extra blankets. Privacy blinds at each end of porch and new indoor/outdoor carpet.
- Deck: Outdoor, two-level, 12 x 24 trex deck with wrap around mobile benches. Table with four chairs. Gas grill, new summer of 2004. Gas provided.
- Outside: Sizable side lawn with covered padded swinging, three-person chair. Clothesline for drying beach towels & suits. Or for clothes that you may choose to have washed at the local laundry mat. Public beach access directly across the road from your front door.
What We Provide
- Linens for all beds (provided weekly), extra blankets and pillows.
- Bath, hand & face towels for 4 people supplied on a weekly basis. If you run out of clean towels, you will need to bring them to the local laundry. Please DO NOT take our bath towels to the beach!
- Toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and most kitchen regulars like soap, sponge, kitchen towels, potholders, etc.
- Lawn mowing on Saturdays, depending on weather.
