Rental Policies and Rates
Weekly rate (Saturday to Saturday): $825 per week
Daily rate (two-night minimum): $135 per night
A 50% deposit is due when making the reservation with the balance due 3 weeks prior to check-in.

the cottage, what we provide and what you might like to bring to enjoy your stay!

The Fine Print
Check in is at 4:00 pm; check out is at 10:00 am. This is slightly flexible but must be prearranged with management and will depend on housekeeping's schedule.
No smoking inside cottage; no pets inside cottage or on premises.
Maximum of 7 guests. (No more people sleeping over than there are beds to hold them).
Parking is available at no extra cost for 2 cars. Additional vehicles can be accommodated for $15/car per day.
Boat/trailer parking is available on a limited basis, depending on boat size, for an additional $30 per day.
